WEDNESDAY, JULY 27
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm:Join us for a welcome cocktail at the Starlight Terrace, to meet the celebrity chefs who will be the judges of the Top Chef Baja.
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm:Enjoy a Beach Party with live music, and an exclusive grilled clam show performed by our Celebrity Chefs.
THURSDAY, JULY 28
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Don’t miss the cooking class given by one of our judges, Chef Carlos Valdez, who will be accompanied by our Executive Chef Gerardo García, in the kids pool area.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm: The competition to see who will become the Top Chef Baja begins! The 10 participants from La Baja, will present their gastronomic creations during a 10-course tasting menu at the Market Restaurant. They’ll be judged on the preparation, technique, presentation, and flavor, all to see who will win the Top Chef Baja
FRIDAY, JULY 29
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Improve your technique during a cooking class at the Jacuzzi area directed by two of our celebrity chef judges, Chef Abraham Tamez and Chef Thierry Dufour.
6:00 pm - 10:00 pm:Delight in an exquisite 6-course dinner at Danzante Restaurant prepared by our three judges, the Director of Top Chef Ariosto Antonio, our Executive Chef Gerardo García, and the winner of the Top Chef Baja.
